Frequently Asked
To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit, puppies tend to go quickly, so placing one early is a great option if you want to secure a spot. Deposits can be made in any form that's convenient for you. The remaining balance is due on pick-up day when you take your puppy home.
We take pride in raising happy, healthy puppies that get the best start in life. It all begins with our parents, every mom and dad is health-tested to ensure there are no genetic issues. Our goal is for each puppy to live a long, joyful life feeling their best.
From day one, our puppies are started on a vitamin program and fed the highest-quality foods, carefully selected through research for optimal health. All of our parent dogs are beloved pets, receiving daily love and affection, and they live in a climate-controlled environment for their comfort and well-being. A healthy puppy truly begins with healthy, happy parents!
We’d be thrilled to help you welcome your new best friend!
Our puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. You're more than welcome to come visit them before then! We usually suggest meeting them around 5 weeks so you can really see their little personalities.
You don’t need to bring anything, we’ve got you covered!
Every puppy goes home with:
Their first round of shots and a full vet check (including records)
A NuVet vitamin starter pack. If you keep them on these for their first year, it extends their genetic health guarantee by one year
A puppy pack that includes toys and all the paperwork you’ll need
We want pickup day to be exciting and stress-free, so just bring yourselves and get ready for lots of puppy kisses!
Yes! You’re welcome to meet any of our parent dogs that live here on our property, they’re part of our family and always around. A few of our dogs live in loving guardian homes, so we can’t always arrange visits with those specific parents, but most of them live right here with us and are happy to say hello!
Yes! We’re located in Middle Tennessee and offer delivery to many locations across the U.S. Depending on how far you are, we can either drive or fly your puppy to you. Contact us today for a transportation quote!
Once your puppy is ready for grooming, we recommend a 6–8 week grooming cycle. Because most of our breeds are poodles or doodles with thick, curly coats, regular grooming is important for their health and cleanliness. If you’re local, we also suggest Tranquil Tails Pet Spa & Grooming for their grooming needs.
We recommend Victor High Pro Plus for all life stages. Feeding your puppy a high-quality diet helps support their long-term health. For treats, we suggest keeping them as natural as possible.
